Got my MS509 last summer and it worked on both my cars 2000 Audi A4 and 2007 Grand Cherokee however I went to check the vehicles recently and only get a blank (white) screen on the unit. Call it bios or internal software or operating system or what ever but my unit has lost it and I only get a blank lit up screen. Does the software included with the unit contain this internal software or is the unit an expensive paper weight? After talking with Autel and others this seems to be a problem that has croped up in more than just my unit. Would appreciate any help with re-establishing functionality to my MS509
